  • LRF MICRO 1550

Designed for OEM integration, Newcon Optik’s LRF MICRO 1550 module provides accurate measurements for fire control systems, industrial machinery, border surveillance stations, weapon mounted systems and countless other applications.

The MICRO 1550 unit is barely larger than a deck of cards. The LRF MICRO 1550 is one of four member of the MICRO family (MICRO, MICRO CI, MICRO 1550 CI).

The unit ranges accurately out to 5.500m (3,000 to NATO target) and utilizes a 1550nm laser that cannot be seen by image intensified night vision systems, making it ideal for defense applications. The MICRO series supports the USB interface. Other features include gating capability, fast scan mode, speed measurement, and object selection, among others.

  • LRF MOD 25HFLC

This high-frequency laser rangefinder module enables highly accurate range acquisition of low reflection targets at ranges of up to 30 kilometres. The module can be effectively used in marine navigation, long-range reconnaissance, naval and coast guard patrol, and other professional applications requiring highly accurate, long distance measurements.

Liquid cooling is no longer required for the MOD 25HFLC, which enables higher-frequency data acquisition up to 10Hz with no cooling time required. This gives the system the smallest footprint and weight profile.

The unit can be integrated with other systems and communicate via RS-422. In designing this module for precision target acquisition, special attention was given to the ability to boresight the units with a pre-designed optical platform. A removable day sight with precise alignment to the laser is provided to enable quick boresighting and visual integration with other observation systems.

  • LRF MOD 6EC

The LRF MOD 6EC was designed specifically for remotely operated small platforms. In addition to its outstanding functionality, this new module can be attached to Mini-Typhoon, CLAWS and other systems with a quick release mount. The unit is designed to endure the harsh operating conditions of the real world. It can withstand high vibration, a wide temperature range, dust, rain and RF jammers. The LRF MOD 6EC provides distance, speed, azimuth and elevation measurements. Other features include gating, fast scan and target selection.
